A new and exciting opportunity has arisen within a successful and growing financial services company for an HR and MI Analyst. You will play a key role in the department, working across HR developing relationships and really adding value and insights to the business. You will also have lots of opportunity to grow and develop in the role. Based in Essex.
Developing and delivering people analytics, your accountabilities will include:
*Taking a lead role in developing the people data across the organisation
*Developing and delivering HR MI packs for HR, the Executive Leadership team and the Board
*Developing and delivering analysis and insights
*Working with the Head of HRIS to develop reporting analytics and assisting with providing improvements to the HRIS
*Quality assurance of HR data
Skills and Experience
*Previous experience within an HR Analytical role in financial services, professional services or a corporate environment.
*Excellent attention to detail, demonstrate creative thinking with strong problem solving skills
*Advanced excel and experience of running reports from an HRIS
*Ability to manipulate and interpret data and management information
*Good understanding of HR processes and involvement in process improvement
