As a Payroll Manager you will be responsible for all EMEA payroll within the business. You will work with a team but the role is stand alone. The role is a 9 month fixed term contract.
Your Duties include:
Manage the outsourced provider to ensure data is processes accurately in order for payrolls to be approved on time.
Manage international and expatriate payrolls and work very closely with the mobility ream and tax manager to understand changed in monthly payroll.
Ensure journal files are correctly prepared and ensure you liaise with the general accounting team to make sure they are submitted.
Reconcile payroll accounts and ensure financial controls are documented for the payroll process.
Act as a key point of contact to employees and other external stakeholders.
Strong International Payroll Experience.
Strong Excel skills (V-lookups + Pivot Tables)
