Recruitment Business Partner
A great opportunity for an experienced recruiter to work for this growing SME international bank located in the heart of The City of London.
Approximately 200 colleges the role will comprise building and maintaining relationships with suppliers as well as working closely with hiring managers in house.
The role as will lead the recruitment for the bank across the UK. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate strong recruitment process skills and the ability to advise and improve process, automation and ATS. Also strong experience of job evaluation and grading would be a distinct advantage. The role will start off as a standalone recruiter role and therefore you will need to have drive and passion to not only work at the strategic side of the role but equally be comfortable in working on the day to day which is a large part of this opportunity.
Experience of using job boards, linked in and other go to market processes also a requirement. An interested a sourcing your own candidates is also a requirement. Via Linked in or various job boards.
Having a background of recruiting within a financial services environment before will be an advantage this though not essential.
