Page Personnel are working with a leading organisation in the retail sector based in Leeds who are actively seeking a HR Officer to add value to their HR function

The role will be highly varied and fast-paced, and will provide a support function, covering all aspects of the employee lifecycle including E.R, recruitment, coaching line managers and taking ownership of the transactional processes

Description

Ensure all new starters are set up with accurate personnel files and checklists are completed to ensure all required documentation is held on file. This includes contracts, code of conduct, job descriptions etc.

Managing a number of tracking sheets and approaching colleagues and line managers for the return of documentation.

To maintain the Personnel and Training records ensuring that all information is kept up to date and all forms are filed correctly.

Proactively seek opportunities to generate efficiencies in HR Administrative function where appropriate.

Supporting line managers in advising and coaching E.R related issues

Profile

3 years' experience working in a HR related role

CIPD qualified is preferred

Demonstrable ability to manage multiple E.R cases

Excellent communication ability both written and verbal
