This opportunity is fantastic for junior HR generalists who want to gain as much exposure into the wider HR function as possible. The team are small, therefore the potential within the role is great - you'll be able to work on projects and get involved with work that isn't always accessible for a junior generalist.

The team are keen to have someone who is really eager to get stuck in as they are implementing a new HR system; previous experience with HRIS would be valuable therefore. The role also gives you the opportunity to develop your skills relating to the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, L&D, starter/leavers, also rolling out various strategies such as Diversity and Inclusion.

If you have previous HR experience working within a Professional Service firm this would be ideal as well as excellent attention to detail. If this role sounds right for you, please apply!
