  • Working in a team - reporting to Payroll Manager
  • Processing high volume weekly payrolls
  • Lifecycle management of worker/employee payroll records, including processing new starters, producing P45's, P46's, payslips
  • Uploading data to relevant systems, processing advances, overpayments, deductions, holiday and timesheets
  • Importing and managing the workforce data and information within our operating systems both efficiently and effectively
  • Creating and maintaining payroll records
  • Accurately processing the payroll for every pay period
  • Maintaining full compliance and understand of both legal and company frameworks, promoting safe, consistent and compliant working practices
  • Efficiently checking payroll and business reports, rectifying queries where necessary
  • Producing accurate reports and maintaining documentation to ensure performance, audit and knowledge hare is exceptional
  • Completing payroll reports for record keeping purposes and management review
  • Answering all initial staff questions concerning wages, salaries and any deductions
  • Adhering to payroll and finance policies and procedures and complies with relevant legal frameworks
  • Identifying, investigating and resolving discrepancies in timesheet and payroll records
  • Processing timesheets into RPM / relevant systems
  • Providing support to the wider team if and when required
  • Working in a manner which is consistent with the Company values, policies and procedures
