My client a well respected commercial firm is in the market for a Digital Learning Author. This role has been released on a 6 month contract basis to start in February.

In this role you will create strategic approaches & implement end-to-end digital learning solutions within the business to fulfil learning and development gaps globally. You will drive the firm's digital learning culture with focus on boosting user adoption and enhancement of digital learning platforms and materials. You will need to develop and manage client relationships to better understand training needs and aims and objectives for each digital learning project, working closely with internal or external SMEs to create bespoke content.

To be successful in this role you need to have experience of instructional design, including scripting and storyboarding of raw content. You also need to show evidence of running and managing the 360 degrees production cycle of management, personal development, compliance, technical, systems and bespoke digital learning programmes from project planning, content development, testing, delivery, piloting & launching to usage monitoring stage.

You will also develop digital learning courses on Articulate 360 Storyline & Studio, Captivate, SAP WPB, Nimble Author and other tools following best practice learning strategies and various implementation methodologies to enhance users' learning experience, understanding and compliance within targeted fields.

In this role you will be an active part of the Learning and Development team on a daily basis and ensuring that all digital learning is part of and fits well within the overall L&D Global Strategy. You will be working closely with the Lead L&D Manager with projects and presentations and the Global Group Head of HR and the International HR Manager and the Global HR Directors to identify required digital learning needs across the global offices.
