£55,000 to £60,000 per annum

A central London based, highly entrepreneurial SME financial services firm is keen to secure the services of an experienced HR Systems and MI data specialist for a brand new role.

JOB PURPOSE

Reporting into the Senior HR Business Partner, the post-holder will be responsible for all Systems, MI, processes and vendor management focused tasks within HR. The ideal candidate will have strong stakeholder engagement and liaison skills as well, i.e. be able to communicate and escalate any HR systems and data related issues or matters.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Utilise the HR system i-Trent on a daily basis, becoming a Super User (i-Trent experience is not a prerequisite however you must have HR systems experience)
* Ensure continual improvement of processes and systems / that HR processes are as efficient as possible, preparing the business to move towards a ‘self-service' environment
* Create a proficient reporting process – i.e. leverage data from the HR system, manually manipulate in Excel and then suitably communicate to stakeholders
* Project manage the automation of numerous manual processes such as those focused on quality control, process maps and pro-forma documents
* Manage the external supplier relationship with the business' current vetting service for DBS, credit checks etc.
* Project manage the implementation of a ATS system
* Assist with ad-hoc payroll tasks (payroll is current out-sourced) – i.e. you will need to showcase a basic understanding of the technical aspects of payroll data collation etc.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

* Excellent MS Excel, HR system (ideally i-Trent), document management (i.e. SharePoint) and reporting tool skills (i.e. Business Objectives)
* Experience of working in the financial services sector (understanding of FCA regulations etc.) or within a fast pace environment
* Extensive expertise within operational HR/ MI and Systems / quality control
* Excellent data manipulation skills
* Strong communication skills
