Legal PA / Secretary - Litigation & Dispute Resolution Departments - International Law Firm!

Our client, an International Law Firm require an experienced and polished Legal PA / Secretary to join them on a permanent basis providing full support to 3 Partners and 2 Fee Earners within the litigation and dispute resolution departments. They are looking for someone who is willing to grow with the role and learn new things as they go along, so attitude is essential.

£37-£38,000

  • Extensive diary management including coordinating video / conference calls in multiple time zones
  • Preparing agendas and circulating supporting documentation
  • Meet and greet clients and be accessible during high profile client meetings
  • Organising extensive travel itineraries and visas
  • Screening telephone calls and assisting/delegating, as appropriate
  • Building and maintaining rapport with the PA's of our clients
  • Dealing with all expenses
  • Managing the client billing
  • Using content management systems to maintain and update websites and internal databases
  • Organising client and internal Webinars
  • Undertaking research for marketing materials and business development
  • Organising and storing paperwork, documents and computer-based information
  • Photocopying, printing and scanning
  • Supporting and assisting the secretaries in the IDR/Litigation team (to include holiday cover)

Essential Requirements:

  • 2-3-years' experience within a similar role
  • The ability to work calmly under pressure
  • The ability to prioritise workload
  • The ability to work without supervision and a self-starter
  • Excellent organisational and administration experience
  • Pro-active in meeting the needs of the department
  • Excellent interpersonal/communication skills - professional telephone technique is essential
  • The ability to communicate with a number of departments and people of varying seniority
  • Excellent keyboard skills (minimum of 65 wpm audio) are essential;
  • GCSE's in Maths and English;
  • Strong IT skills (Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook) particularly with formatting abilities.
