Your ability to manage stakeholders at all levels in a professional and confident manner will help you support an established HR function while assisting with the development of new practices, policies and procedures as-and-when required. You will be exposed to colleagues at differing levels of the business and be able to contribute to a pro-active HR approach.
Part of your role will see you managing the experience of new joiners, supporting with induction and organising special events to promote new joiner networks internally. Supporting the team with the employee lifecycle from beginning to end, helping with international transfers and contributing to the wider HR-strategy with data and reporting will all be key aspects of your role.
Your professionalism, confidence, attention to detail and experience multi-tasking will see you rewarded for your contribution and support to the wider HR-team. Your natural tendency to teamwork, understanding of HRIS and administrative abilities will be greatly valued by your colleagues.
