Compensation & Benefits Manager
Oakleaf are working exclusively with a fast-paced, high growth Consultancy. They are looking for an Interim Global Compensation & Benefits Manager to start as soon as possible. Reporting into the HR Director, this Global Compensation & Benefits Manager will be the technical lead expert for all compensation and benefits related matters. The main responsibilities of the role include working with the HR team globally in the creation of compensation and benefits policies, programs and communications. This is a very important role supporting the global HR team by coming up with creative solutions and meeting the compensation and benefits needs in line with the company's broader global HR vision and values. The qualifications and experience required to perform this role successfully are:Educated to degree level preferably in Human Resources or related fieldPrevious experience of working in compensation & benefitsExperience of international benefits, salary review processes and bonus programmesFinancial Services experience would be an advantage for this rolePlease get in touch for more information now.
