In terms of skillset, this organisation are looking for a generalist, but this must be someone who is used to working extensively with a Leadership Team and other Senior Leaders in developing and delivering short and long term business strategy and drive the People Agenda forward. This organisation is all about creating value add solutions and maximising return on investment through its people, so it is important that this person has a strong commercial understanding, underpinned with a strong business drive. They are a global matrix environment, and it is important that candidates are used to working with COE's, to develop a high performance culture across the entire group.

Key accountabilities are as follows:

-Lead in implementation and development of HR policies and HR strategies across the business
- Work with senior leaders to support the achievement of business objectives ensuring strategy, people and process strategy is aligned with the wider business objectives
- Lead on employee engagement
-Own the Employee Relations Agenda
-Ensure delivery of HR PMO within HR Operations
- Provide leadership to direct reports, and entire HR team
- Continuously drive new and best HR Practice
- Work with the HR Leadership Team to ensure they have the right resource, capability and talent to achieve immediate and long term business goals
