INHOUSE RECRUITER

Due to continued growth, this thriving business is looking to appoint an Internal Recruiter to join their business on an ongoing basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a software business who are forward thinking, dynamic and growing across the UK.

Key to being successful in this role will be having proven experience in Technical Recruitment where you are comfortable with the full recruitment cycle from attraction to onboarding and have a sound understanding of Technical skill sets. The successful candidate will be responsible for attracting talent and managing the recruitment and selection process, whilst ensuring a positive candidate experience.

This role would be suited to an experienced In House/Agency recruiter who has specialised in Technical recruitment, delivering upon requirements at short notice. You will need the ability to manage and influence relationships with senior stakeholders, combined with being an innovative and creative thinker who thrives on contributing to the overall success of the team.

There is potential for this role to be 4 days per week. To be considered, you'll need to be immediately available.
