A Financial Services organisation based in the City is currently looking for a Senior Compensation professional to join the team on a permanent basis, primarily focusing on remuneration regulations.

Reporting into the Director of Comp Regs, the Senior Regs Consultant will be the subject matter expert in current UK remuneration regulations. Other responsibilities will include:

Acting as the key point of contact for Senior Management, MRTs, HR and other stakeholders on regulatory matters

Manage Code MRT identification processes

Project manage the adoption of new regulations, liaising with partners in HR, Compliance, Risk, Finance and PMO

Plan and execute all regulatory reporting requirements within relevant deadlines (EBA reporting, Pillar 3 reporting, RPS Tables, etc.)

Manage the Code MRT year end compensation cycle

Deliver presentations to educate HR colleagues and line managers about UK compensation regulations

Supervise the Compensation Analyst, as requested

Key requirements:

In-depth expertise in PRA, FCA and EBA remuneration regulations impacting UK financial institutions

Strong analytical skills and numeracy, with high levels of accuracy under pressure

Strong planning, time management and execution skills to meet tight deadlines

Able to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
