Job Details
A Financial Services organisation based in the City is currently looking for a Senior Compensation professional to join the team on a permanent basis, primarily focusing on remuneration regulations. Reporting into the Director of Comp Regs, the Senior Regs Consultant will be the subject matter expert in current UK remuneration regulations. Other responsibilities will include:Acting as the key point of contact for Senior Management, MRTs, HR and other stakeholders on regulatory mattersManage Code MRT identification processesProject manage the adoption of new regulations, liaising with partners in HR, Compliance, Risk, Finance and PMOPlan and execute all regulatory reporting requirements within relevant deadlines (EBA reporting, Pillar 3 reporting, RPS Tables, etc.)Manage the Code MRT year end compensation cycleDeliver presentations to educate HR colleagues and line managers about UK compensation regulationsSupervise the Compensation Analyst, as requested Key requirements:In-depth expertise in PRA, FCA and EBA remuneration regulations impacting UK financial institutionsStrong analytical skills and numeracy, with high levels of accuracy under pressureStrong planning, time management and execution skills to meet tight deadlinesAble to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels To be considered for interview, or for further information, please apply accordingly.
