An international Real Estate firm based in Central London are looking for an HR Business Partner to join their team. Reporting into the HR Director, this role is a true generalist position that will support the UK business. As the HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for (but not limited to):

Supporting the delivery of the People strategy

Focus on providing general HR advice to the business

Working in conjunction with the business to deliver divisional business plans

Providing solutions to business challenges

Creating and annual review of HR policies and procedures

Advising client groups on all HR matters to include employee relations, TUPE, personal development, performance management etc.

Researching and analyzing employment-related data and providing recommendations to enhance people processes

Driving employee engagement through the business

Delivering learning solutions through in line with L&D strategy

Supporting with recruitment needs within the business

Understanding current and forecasted headcount

Managing supplier relationships

Supervising junior employees on specific projects

As the HR Business Partner, you will possess:

CIPD qualification

Strong academics preferably to degree level

Demonstrable track record within an HR generalist environment

Demonstrable experience of managing TUPE and business restructures

Experience of setting up HR policies and procedures

Strong MS Office skills
