An international Real Estate firm based in Central London are looking for an HR Business Partner to join their team. Reporting into the HR Director, this role is a true generalist position that will support the UK business. As the HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for (but not limited to):Supporting the delivery of the People strategyFocus on providing general HR advice to the businessWorking in conjunction with the business to deliver divisional business plansProviding solutions to business challengesCreating and annual review of HR policies and proceduresAdvising client groups on all HR matters to include employee relations, TUPE, personal development, performance management etc.Researching and analyzing employment-related data and providing recommendations to enhance people processesDriving employee engagement through the businessDelivering learning solutions through in line with L&D strategySupporting with recruitment needs within the businessUnderstanding current and forecasted headcountManaging supplier relationshipsSupervising junior employees on specific projectsAs the HR Business Partner, you will possess:CIPD qualificationStrong academics preferably to degree levelDemonstrable track record within an HR generalist environmentDemonstrable experience of managing TUPE and business restructuresExperience of setting up HR policies and proceduresStrong MS Office skillsIf this HR Business Partner role is of interest, please apply directly.
