HR Generalist (Interim)
A fantastic opportunity has arisen within a well-established manufacturing based organisation as an HR Generalist - on a six month contract basis within the Kings Lynn area
Primary purpose to support with a variety of activities including ER, recruitment, talent management and succession planning.
Provide advice and guidance to key stakeholders on complex HR policies, produces and processes.
- Fully CIPD qualified.
- HR business partnering or generalist experience in a manufacturing environment is essential.
- Ability to work collaboratively in an open and structured way is essential - engaging with key stakeholders at all times.
- Must be used to working at pace with initiative and credibility
