Recruitment Administrator

Your new company
Our not for profit client is looking to recruit 4 Recruitment Administrators for their growing HR and Recruitment team in their new office in Crawley. This is a temporary position paying £9.10 per hour until June 2019.

Your new role
As a Recruitment Administrator you will be working closely with the Resourcing Advisor in all aspects of Recruitment administration support, you will be the first point of contact for candidate enquiries ensuring a positive candidate experience , complete pre-employment checks, schedule, prepare and assist at interviews and updating the electronic staff records.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in the role you must have knowledge and experience within recruitment, have excellent customer service skills in order to deal with matters of a confidential nature.
