Are you an HR Advisor looking for your next step within a leading e-com brand specialising in fashion? I have recently partnered with a leading e-commerce brand on their search for an HR Advisor to join their team.

This leading online e-commerce brand has dedicated itself to connecting consumers with their dream purchase in the easiest and quickest way possible direct from the brand to your front door. With a global reach, this brand is setting the standard for e-commerce within its industry, focusing on being disruptive to the way consumers shop and embedding technology within the business.

As the HR Advisor you will manage the ER case work for the site hosting two key client groups, distribution and customer care. This is a truly generalist HR role, partnering with line managers, coaching them on all HR related matters while looking at key HR metrics ensuring that this is built into training plans for the management population. You will work closely with the HRBP population to ensure you are driving both the HR and Commercial agenda through the site, regularly providing head office with people updates.

You will champion best practice by ensuring all delivery is in line with UK legislation and be accountable for implementing HR initiatives from group level to the business. The world of e-commerce is changing all the time, so you will get involved in wider projects, acting as an ambassador for the brand and pioneering new initiatives.

Salary c. £35,000 - £40,000
