A fantastic 4-month Senior ER Specialist opportunity is available within an established financial services firm in Canary Wharf. The role offers the successful candidate the opportunity to work in a professional but fun enviroment and undertake a role where no two days are the same. Responsibilities: Support the HR Business Partner in managing ER issues, including first stages of disciplinaries, grievances and underpermanceComplete analytical reports & present to the wider organisationProvide assistance through the compensation cycleLiase with the Global Mobility & business regarding internal transfers & relocationSupport the HR Business Partner team in driving Employee Engagement activityCommunicate on a daily basis with global colleagues on issues impacting the global population Requirements: Degree educatedMinimum of 4 years HR experienceStrong ER experienceExcellent communication skllsWorkday experienceStrong Microsoft Office knowledge If you're interested, please apply directly
