Global Payroll Manager - Liverpool
Up to £500 per day
12 months
Please note that this is a day-rate contract role and the successful candidate must be available to start within a few weeks of appointment
I am working with an organisation based in Liverpool who are seeking a Global Payroll Manager to join their growing team.
Duties will include:
- Managing multiple payrolls monthly and bi-weekly payrolls covering several thousand employees.
- Reconciliation of all payrolls including Auto Enrolment, RTI, Apprentice levy obligations.
- Liaise with DWP, HMRC and pension providers.
- Ensure all standards are met and followed, implement new efficiencies across the payroll department.
- Manage a team of 3 Payroll Advisors.
The successful candidate will have a proven background as a Global Payroll Manager and proven experience of shadow payrolls and internal assignees. It is essential that you have managed a Payroll team, able to advise on processes and implementation changes and have prior working knowledge of P11D's, tax year end and PSA.
