Job Details
We are looking to recruit an experienced and professional HR Administrator to work within the Museum of London Archaeology (MOLA) HR team to deliver first line HR advice and administration service.
The HR Administrator role is a crucial role within the organisation. You will work closely with the HR team providing administrative support and expertise, as well as supporting the staff base and wider MOLA community with any general HR queries and administrative requests.
This is a fast-paced and interesting role, which requires a person who is already working at a similar level, with the skills and experience to work effectively and efficiently supporting the team and the business.
We need someone who is motivated, with a professional, positive can-do attitude. You will also need to have a methodical approach, with excellent attention to detail. However, you will also need to be flexible and able to think on your feet, together with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Please refer to the Job Description and Person Specification for further details of the role.
For the right person we can offer a highly competitive salary and a generous benefits package, including the following:
- 30 days annual leave (including bank holidays), pro-rata, rising based on service length
- Company pension scheme
- Life Assurance and Sickness Income Protection Policies
- Free health care cash plan (including dependent children)
- Employee Assistance Programme
- Payment of relevant professional memberships
- Cycle Scheme
In addition, we are committed to mentoring and training staff at all levels in order to develop individual capability and enhance career prospects.
The closing date for applications is 23:59 on Sunday 27th January 2019.
Early applications are advised as interviews will be held throughout the application process.
All applicants must have the right to work in the UK without restrictions. Proof of eligibility will be required prior to commencement.
MOLA promotes diversity and equality of opportunity at all levels, and welcomes applications from people regardless of sex, race, disability, sexual orientation, age, or religion or belief.
