This role is a 12 month fixed-term contract, therefore candidates ideally need to be available in the next could of weeks.
My client is based in Yorkshire, however some travel is required.
The key priorities of this role are to act as a strong recruitment team leader, managing a team of Recruitment Advisors and Assistants, along with being operationally savvy, roll up sleeves when required and act as a point of escalation. You will also work on the ATS system and review processes/policies.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced Recruitment Team Leader, whereby you've previously lead and developed a team but equally someone who is happy to have operational responsibilities when needed.
With a proven track-record of working and leading in-house recruitment teams would be highly attractive, along with working in a direct sourcing model, ATS Systems and strong stakeholder management.
The ideal candidate will be available to start ASAP.
£38,000 - £45,000 depending on experience + other great benefits.
