Interim Learning Services Manager - Sunbury - 7 month contract c£500 per day

You will be joining an international leading oil and gas firm based in Sunbury, Middlesex.
Your new role
As the Learning Services Manager, you will lead the operation of learning services domain in alignment with global process and customer needs - working collaboratively with other domains. You will lead the delivery of administrative tasks related to Demand Planning, Session Scheduling, Session Advertisement and Enrolment, Session Delivery and Support, Customer Service Support, Commercial Services and Reporting. You will manage services according to agreed performance and Learning Delivery Standards as well as provide innovative thinking to the delivery of the Learning Services domain, drive requirements for enhancements to Domain technologies and service enabling tools.
To apply for this role it is essential that you will be able to demonstrate a proven track record in managing Learning Services delivery teams in a shared service environment in a multi- national organisation. You will have prior domain experience in learning shared service / service centre environment in a multi-national organisation as well as strong customer/stakeholder relationship management skills. You will have strong communication and presentation skills to deliver an effective interaction with senior Learning colleagues as well as expert knowledge of Learning Management Systems and the knowledge of shared service centre enabling technologies and work flow systems. It is essential that you are available to start a new role on short notice and can commit to a 7 month contract.
