Oakleaf Partnership are recruiting a fantastic HR Manager/Business Partner role for our client, a niche consultancy based in the City of London who have outlined impressive growth plans over the next 5 years. There is a flat structure and non hierarchical culture. As the HR Manager, you will report directly into the Global Head of HR and effectively head up UK based HR. This is a varied and all encompassing role where your key responsibilities will include: Acting as HR Business Partner for the UK business, particularly consultants and support staffER - performance management, grievances and disciplinariesRecruitment - an insight but this is handled by a specialist team that work with the businessReward - working with the business on year end comp and dealing with communication out.You will have oversight of a small team. The successful candidate will be comfortable working in a flexible, ambiguous environment where they are able to think on their feet and manage relationships. Good communication skills are critical as is an eye for detail. A background in financial or professional services and experience in both a large company where you will have had exposure to best practice and a small business where you have taken a hands on approach would be advantageous.
