Your new role
As Employee Engagement & Diversity Manager you will be responsible for creating, leading and driving employee experience and engagement for the UK business including defining the employee value proposition for a local millennial workforce. You will also lead and drive the UK & Ireland Diversity & Inclusion program Proactive human resource support in line with the HR strategy and business objectives.
What you'll need to succeed
CIPD qualified or equivalent you will have experience of working across generalist HR, Diversity and Engagement within a global matrix business. IT/ technology or consulting sector experience would be highly advantageous. You will also be able to demonstrate you experience of Organisation design and change management activities. You will be quick to influence and engage at a senior level and will be creative in your approach.
