Role: Head of HR - UK - 12-month FTC

Industry: Media

Location: City of London

Salary: £80 - 90K

My client is a global Media company who are looking for an experienced Head of HR to join their team. You must have experience in a Head of HR role and be able to strongly support the HR team with a strong generalist background. You will report directly into the Global Head of HR, and work closely with the wider HR team.

Part of your role will be supporting the corporate functions and the other part will be overseeing the Global HR Projects across the business so to have previously coordinating or lead on a Project would be great as you will be the go-to person and support for this. Someone who is used to working alongside tight budgets, high volumes and has the ability to be patient and flexible would be the ideal candidate. They offer a fantastic working environment with employee led initiatives and highly autonomous roles.

You will be responsible for responding to day to day queries. It is vital you have the capability to continue overseeing and identifying improvements for an efficient HR function and work closely with the wider HR team.

You will be used to work in a medium to large size organisation, preferably with a dynamic and international workforce. Commercial awareness and experience in working in an extremely fast paced and high-volume environment is crucial for this role. Alongside this will come the genuine passion to contribute towards the success of the business and the brands within it.
