A financial services organisation based in Central London is looking to hire an Executive Compensation & Regulatory Reward Manager to sit as part of their Executive Compensation division.

Reporting into the Senior Reward Manager, the Reward Manager will be responsible for implementing the executive pay and bonus process and the regulatory requirements for the Material Risk Taker (MRT) population. Additional responsibilities will include:

Determining and implementing the remuneration Policy and Framework for the executive population

Co-ordinating all regulatory submissions

Acting as key point of contact for the PRA and FCA

Responsible for implementation and communication around the all employee and executive share and benefits arrangements

Work closely with stakeholders and the broader HR team in a business partnering capacity to advise on compensation matters

Key requirements:

Previous experience within compensation, ideally with the executive population

Understanding of the regulations affecting Financial Services

Ability to plan and execute a bonus/pay review as well as benchmark senior positions

Strong stakeholder management skills

Excellent communication and analytical skills
