Interim head of HR Shared Services
I am currently partnering with a growing Lancashire based organisation to recruit an experienced Head of HR Shared Services for a period of 6 months.
Reporting into the HR Director, you will be responsible for managing and developing an already successful team to deliver HR cyclical activities, payroll and MI & Analytics, ensuring that all procedures and policies are aligned and developed to meet ongoing and ever changing business requirements. You will also manage key projects and the mapping out and identifying of processes for continuous improvements in HR self-service delivery.
The successful candidate will have significant experience of working in a similar role and have a proven track record of success in managing and developing a HR team and of working in a dual HR and Payroll environment. You will possess excellent organisational and problem solving skills; a collaborative approach is essential, alongside strong project management and the resilience to deliver under pressure.
This position is to commence ASAP, is initially for 6 months whilst the business enters an exciting period of change and is offering a competitive salary of up to £70,000
