Role: Leadership Development Manager Industry: Fintech Location: City of London Salary: £100,000 - £110,000 My client are a leading Fintech business in the City who are looking for a Leadership Development Manager to join their London office. You will work in a standalone capacity but become part of the Talent and Development team. You will be responsible for influencing the MD and Director population on a global level, working commercially and creatively. You will guide them on upskilling their behaviousr through the continous change across the business, and help them to identify areas of development. You will shine a much needed spotlight on the talent and development team and have experence in designing and implementing change in development styles. This is a board agenda focal point so will be leading from the top!
