My client are a fun and dynamic communications agency in the West End who are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join them in their London offices. Experience in a creative business is a must for this role, as a natural ability to build credibility with the people is key. You will work closely with the Chief People Officer, but work autonomously in owning the Generalist space.

This is a fantastic opportunity to lead in setting and rolling out the people strategy across the entire business. A clean slate and an immense appetite from business leaders to focus more on their people, makes this role perfect for someone willing to really roll up their sleeves.

You must have experience working in multiple businesses and have the ability to come in and bring a variety of creative ideas to the table and identify what works well in different places. Be ready to hit the ground running and make something your own.
