Oakleaf Partnership are recruiting a superb Senior Learning & Development role for our client, a leading innovative global law firm with Australian offices in Sydney and Melbourne. This role can be based in either location.

This role reports into the Global Head of Learning and would suit a creative Learning specialist and experienced team manager.

Key responsibilities:

Management, design and delivery of L&D programs

Manage the regional L&D budget and budgets for assigned projects and programs

Line management responsibility for regional L&D Managers

Works closely with key stakeholders (e.g. Partners, Senior Leaders) to assist them to implement Learning & Development strategies that best support their business and the firm's strategy

Lead in the design and facilitation of strategic organisational development interventions for key client groups or specific teams

Contribute to national and global projects in K&L, BD, HR, Legal Operations and other priority areas

As the successful candidate, you will be able to demonstrate:

A proven track record of working autonomously and remaining motivated and resilient

Experience leading and managing senior leaders (as well as team members) through change.

Deep understanding of adult learning principles and their practical application in a professional services setting

Qualifications and extensive experience in executive level coaching (desirable)

Extensive experience in designing and facilitating best practice adult education in a professional services environment

Experience in working in a global organisation and working across different time zones and cultures

Demonstrated ability to work constructively in a complex and rapidly changing work environment

Experience of leading effective culture change programs

Experience in needs analysis and program design for senior as well as junior audiences
