Organisational Design Manager

Our client, a Global Professional Services Organisation, are looking for an Org Design Manager to manage discrete design projects whilst working closely with senior stakeholders on global strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage discreet org design projects through to delivery
  • Working closely with the Head of Org Design to identify improvement opportunities
  • Own organisational design principals
  • Act as a point of contact for HR Business Partners

Required Experience:

  • Bachelors or equivalent degree
  • Postgraduate or professional qualification preferable
  • Experience of managing end to end org design projects
  • Curious, creative and innovative thinker
  • Experience of stakeholder engagement
  • Experience of working in a matrixed organisation

This is a fantastic opportunity for the successful candidate to play a key role in the organisational design for this global organisation whilst working closely with senior stakeholders.
