Job Details
Our client is a major business to business and facilities management company offering a wide range of corporate services to an even wider range of clients. We have an urgent need for a robust Resourcing Manager to join them.
This is a demanding hands on role, you will need to build strong relationships with external stakeholders, looking out for opportunities to form partnerships. You will have strong stakeholder engagement skills and will be comfortable managing the expectations of both internal and external stakeholders.
You will be responsible for:
Annual business planning and budgeting - working closely with the Head of Talent
Resourcing and scheduling - developing the businesses approach to long term resource planning and scheduling
Staff management - managing the development of the recruitment team and internal remit
Firm ambassador - working in line with the firm's values to promote and develop people related activities across the firm
As the Recruitment & Resourcing Manager you will possess:
Significant experience of recruitment
Experience of budgeting and business planning
An understanding of resource planning
Experience of working in a high-volume recruitment environment
Previous experience of candidate sourcing using a mixed method approach
Experience of interviewing and assessing
Strong IT skills
