HR Business Partner - Technology and Corporate Services

My client promotes and creates innovative research and support for people with life changing illnesses across the UK. Working directly with leading professionals within their fields they not only continually discover medical developments but support the people that need it most. They are currently recruiting for a HR Business Partner to join their Human Resources team.

Reporting the Head of HR this role will report into the Head of HR for Core Purpose and Central functions. Your directorate will be the Technology and Corporate Services groups this is a total client group of around 500 employees. You will partnering with the Heads and Key Directors within your business areas to develop and deliver the people objectives and drive the employee engagement and business performance. This will include the delivery of ambitious people plans that support your individual directorates. Working with the wider HR, talent and L&D teams to ensure a seamless service to your client group.

Working in a continually growing area within the technology directorate you will have proven experience working on change projects from restructure to culture change across a large organisation working with senior level stakeholders. This role requires the ability to work efficiently in a fast paced role that is very much commercially driven. You will have the ability to develop bespoke solutions to changing environments and team dynamics using a flexible approach and understanding of individual management needs. Part of the goal for this role is to bring the new teams together and imbed and develop new managers whilst also maintaining already high performing employees.

You will be an Experienced business partner with the ability to build strong stakeholder relationships, influence and challenge at all levels of the organisation and build the case for effective HR interventions. You will have HR generalist background with a track record of successful delivery and working with specialist HR functions to deliver a seamless service. You will have worked on complex ER cases although this role will be supported by the HR support team. The ability to demonstrates strategic/ analytical thinking and the ability to translate this into insightful, value add and practical solutions/ actions. This role requires a confident and credible Business Partner that has the ability to manage change projects you will have ideally come from a large organisation with HR functions in a business partnering role. Knowledge of technology based environments would be desirable but not essential.
