Oakleaf Partnership are working with a leading retail brand in the search for an Early Careers Recruitment Manager on a permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity to work across the team and develop as a future leader. The role with have two direct reports.

About the role

This role will be flexible, but some examples of accountabilities will include:

Supporting and managing multiple projects

Attending and organising schools' outreach/university events

Building relationships with university careers services

Managing social media activity internally and externally

Building presence in the external early careers market and linking with external partners

Running and coordinating assessment centres and interviews

Making / submitting offers to successful candidates

Develop early careers learning solutions

Setup and manage the early careers talent cycle

Create business cases to support proposals and improvements to Early Careers

Manage/oversee budgets

Work with the team as we set strategic agendas

About you

We are looking for someone with a creative, flexible, curious, mindset, with a willingness to take ownership on a wide aspect of early careers topics and drive their transformation.

A passionate team player who can slot into our newly dedicated early careers team.

A willingness to learn whilst making their stamp on early careers.

Your skills and experience will include:

Experience of working in Human Resources ideally within Early Careers - Consultancy experience preferable

Experience in Retail not essential

Stakeholder Management

Comfortable with data
