Senior Recruitment Advisor

Oakleaf Partnership are pleased to be working with a leading law firm based in West London. They are looking for a Senior Recruitment Advisor to join the team on a 12 month FTC basis with the potential to go permanent. This is a brand new position for the business and will be reporting into the Head of HR.

This person will be responsible for:

leading and managing all recruitment activity across the firm

focusing on strategic recruitment methods

leading on the whole recruitment lifecycle

working with marketing to focus on the wider recruitment brand

This person will ideally be/have:

A minimum of three years practical experience in a leading recruitment role within a professional services firm

Experience within legal recruitment

Part CIPD / CIPD qualified and/or relevant recruitment qualification

A professional understanding of interviewing techniques and best practice approaches to recruitment

Experience of working within a small to medium size professional services organisation

Strong project management experience

Working knowledge of MS Office packages and reporting

Experience of the use of psychometric tests is desirable

Exhibits diplomacy, discretion and professionalism in approach to all matters and people interactions

Establishes credibility rapidly with Directors and Partners and is able to influence at these levels

Uses professional judgement at all times

Applies strong technical and employment law knowledge in a commercial context

Able to build and maintain strong and productive working relationships with internal and external clients

Builds trust and confidence of entire client base

Strong communication skills

A commitment to high quality outputs and a sense of responsibility in achieving them

A strong consultative style - someone who understands the importance of stakeholder management especially in a professional services environment.
