Senior Recruitment Advisor
Oakleaf Partnership are pleased to be working with a leading law firm based in West London. They are looking for a Senior Recruitment Advisor to join the team on a 12 month FTC basis with the potential to go permanent. This is a brand new position for the business and will be reporting into the Head of HR. This person will be responsible for: leading and managing all recruitment activity across the firmfocusing on strategic recruitment methodsleading on the whole recruitment lifecycleworking with marketing to focus on the wider recruitment brand This person will ideally be/have: A minimum of three years practical experience in a leading recruitment role within a professional services firmExperience within legal recruitmentPart CIPD / CIPD qualified and/or relevant recruitment qualificationA professional understanding of interviewing techniques and best practice approaches to recruitmentExperience of working within a small to medium size professional services organisationStrong project management experienceWorking knowledge of MS Office packages and reportingExperience of the use of psychometric tests is desirableExhibits diplomacy, discretion and professionalism in approach to all matters and people interactionsEstablishes credibility rapidly with Directors and Partners and is able to influence at these levelsUses professional judgement at all timesApplies strong technical and employment law knowledge in a commercial contextAble to build and maintain strong and productive working relationships with internal and external clientsBuilds trust and confidence of entire client baseStrong communication skillsA commitment to high quality outputs and a sense of responsibility in achieving themA strong consultative style - someone who understands the importance of stakeholder management especially in a professional services environment.
