This prestigious and thriving International Business is seeking to find an individual with a passion for graduate recruitment, and ready to progress into an advisory role!
The successful Graduate Recruitment and Development Advisor will be responsible for the following:
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilise a variety of methods to attract candidates, including attending careers fairs, running events and use of the internet/social networking tools.
- First point of contacts for all Graduate Recruitment & Development queries, both internally and externally.
- Supporting the Graduate Recruitment Manager with the selection process; including selection of candidates for assessment centres, managing the post offer process and onboarding of graduates.
- Proactively dealing with any training issues or queries that potentially arise.
- Providing guidance and ongoing career development to employees within the business.
Essential Skills:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience of working in a Graduate Recruitment Coordinator role.
- Desirably educated to degree-level.
- Proficient IT, numerical and analytical skills.
- Capability of working on numerous projects at the same time.
