Graduate Recruitment Advisor - Legal

An international Law firm based in The City are looking for a Graduate Recruitment Advisor to join their team. Reporting into the Graduate Recruitment Manager, you will be responsible for:

Attracting Top Talent

Raising the firms profile within the graduate market through development and implementation of communication and marketing strategies

Designing, managing and attending attraction initiatives and events

Supporting with external branding, advertising and sponsorship initiatives

Tracking results using data to measure return on investments

Internal promotion of the Graduate Recruitment function to partners, associates and trainees

Assessment & Selection

Assisting with day-to-day management of candidates on the ATS

Co-ordination, management and facilitation of assessment days across multiple locations

Identifying and making recommendations as to where to improve processes

Programme Delivery

Supporting in the planning of entry-level talent programmes such as open days

Facilitating and delivering an excellent candidate experience

As the Graduate Recruitment Advisor, you will possess:

Previous experience within Graduate Recruitment ideally within Legal or wider Professional Services

Experience of facilitating assessment days

Event organization experience
