HR Advisor - Benefits

Ashley Kate HR & Finance are delighted to be representing an international Professional Services organisation in their search for an interim HR Advisor. This will be for an initial 4 month contract.

To be suitable for this role you will be required to have the following skills and experience -

• Minimum of 3 years' experience at HR Advisor level.
• Strong UK Employment Law knowledge.
• Substantial Compensation & Benefits experience.
• Strong analytical experience.
• Experience using several HR systems.
• Excellent IT skills.
• Strong written and oral communication skills and the ability to effectively communicate with diverse audiences.
• High levels of attention to detail.
• A self-starter.
• Able to hit deadlines.

Reporting to the HR Manager, you will play a major part in adding significant value to the HR Department by -To provide a generalist HR Service.

• Advise on benefits best practice and optimisation of existing schemes.
• Support throughout the full HR life cycle (i.e. from start through departure).
• Coach on people-matters.
• Supporting annual salary review process
• Bonus planning, design, review and administration
• Annual stock allocation and planning
• Benchmark Salary and benefit against internal and external market
