Artis HR are currently recruiting for a HR Business Partner in Somerset, this is a permanent full-time post paying £45-50,000 pa. Working for a fantastic organisation and in partnership with the management teams in Head Office, providing a full HR service.

Predominantly focused on building capability and infrastructure that supports growth. Partnering with Senior Leadership Teams, you'll act as both influencer and enabler, providing a blend of strategic, tactical and operationally focused expert advice on a broad range of HR matters such as organisational design, performance management, leadership and other aspects of the colleague life cycle.
Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities:

?Act as both an influence and an enabler, providing a blend of strategic, tactical and operational focussed expert advice on a broad range of HR matters
?Establish HR as a key support and enabler
?Design, develop and implement key strategies to drive cultural change and improved business performance with the aim of adding value to the bottom line
?Work closely with Senior Managers to review and implement change through effective organisational design principles
?Support with cultural change activity and delivery of company wide change programmes within the function e.g. contractual changes to benefits
?Support business performance through our people agenda
?Work closely with the Recruitment and Learning and Development teams to support the needs of Head Office
?Effectively manage the annual headcount budget process
?Support and encourage a culture of employee engagement in line with the HR strategy
?Look at development opportunities, skills gaps and retention of talent
?Plan, communicate and facilitate succession planning discussions and activity working towards the reduction of single points of failure and dependence on individuals
?Work with functional managers to define engagement strategy, timeline and relevant surveys ensuring continuous improvement occurs
?Proactively input and support the management of capability across Head Office.
?Work closely with colleagues across the HR function, encouraging continuous improvement to build a strong and collaborative HR Team that effectively supports the business.

Required Skills & Experience:

?Experienced and fast paced HR BP with strong business acumen, comfortable working across organisational levels and functions
?Strong influencing and interpersonal skills at ease working with senior business leaders
?Comfortable with a 'roll your sleeves up' approach
?Able to work collaboratively and facilitate positive change in a growing business
?Proactive and credible with a good understanding of how business operates
?Solid HR knowledge with experience in OD, talent management, succession and engagement as well as working knowledge of employment law
?Strong commercial acumen and cost focused with demonstrable experience of adding value to a business
?Proactive project management skills able to head deadlines on the 'nice to have' projects and not get waylaid by the operational/ transactional HR
?Sensitive to helping move the business forward
