Oakleaf Partnership are working with an organisation based in Peterborough. They are looking for a Reward Consultant to join the team on a permanent basis.Working in a small team and reporting to the Reward Manager, your responsibilities will include:Supporting the overall compensation function including annual pay and bonus reviewsDeveloping relationships with benefit providers and assisting with the renewal processAd hoc data preparation and analysis as requestedUndertaking HR projects related to Reward and BenefitsThe ideal candidate will have some experience within both Compensation and Benefits and advanced Excel skills. Experience with SAP and Towers Watson is desirable.To be considered for this position please apply accordingly.
