Payroll & Benefits Specialist £50k to £55k + Benefits - Central London

A dynamic and progressive UK & EMEA Financials Services organisation based in Victoria seek an experienced Payroll & Benefits Specialist to come and work alongside their Payroll & Benefits Manager.

Payroll sits within HR and this role is pivotal in terms of the UK & EMEA payroll & benefits cycles.

Responsibilities:

Preparation of the inputs of the payrolls for the Manager to review

Execution of payroll instructions for Manager review

Adhere to HR and People Policies

Full management of the benefits, starters, leavers and changes

Collation and provision of MI

Expense management for new starters

Cyclical projects for the Global Mobility, Payroll & Benefits Managwer .g. benchmarking and year-end statutory submissions

Technical Skills:

Extensive payroll and awareness of payroll legislation

Benefits and pensions experience

ADP experience

Strong Excel

Experience of using a HR system

Strong reporting skill set

Strong communication skill set internal/external
