Payroll & Benefits Specialist £50k to £55k + Benefits - Central London A dynamic and progressive UK & EMEA Financials Services organisation based in Victoria seek an experienced Payroll & Benefits Specialist to come and work alongside their Payroll & Benefits Manager. Payroll sits within HR and this role is pivotal in terms of the UK & EMEA payroll & benefits cycles. Responsibilities:Preparation of the inputs of the payrolls for the Manager to reviewExecution of payroll instructions for Manager reviewAdhere to HR and People PoliciesFull management of the benefits, starters, leavers and changesCollation and provision of MIExpense management for new startersCyclical projects for the Global Mobility, Payroll & Benefits Managwer .g. benchmarking and year-end statutory submissions Technical Skills:Extensive payroll and awareness of payroll legislationBenefits and pensions experienceADP experienceStrong ExcelExperience of using a HR systemStrong reporting skill setStrong communication skill set internal/external
