Our client is a well renowned business for process service providers in the UK. Due to growth in their business, they are now looking to recruit a Reward Consultant to join their Reward team in Peterborough.
The successful candidate will have:
- Good knowledge of employee benefits – ideally experienced in a reward/comp & benefits position – TUPE exposure would be useful
- Previous experience in using job evaluation methodology, ideally Towers Watson - otherwise, a strong desire to acquire and utilize this skill
- Experience of preparing complex data/supporting in delivery of annual remuneration and bonus reviews
- Excellent attention to detail / high standards
- Report writing and data analytical skills
- Resilient, organized and able to multi-task
