Job Details
Implementation of the group wide ER agenda on a project basis. Support on change activities and strategy, working closely with representatives and Unions/Employee forums and representatives.
develop and interpret policies and provide working guidelines. Operating as a specialist ER partner to the HR BP's and leadership team.
Be the ER Representative on change programmes, collaborating with your colleagues in other functions such as reward, legal and HR services.
