The CTO's people vision is clear - "to build the best technology team in Manchester" and with that simple brief, your focus will be to align the Technology's team people strategies with its business strategy which is to grow UK and European market share swiftly. Their success is only possible with the best digital solutions which means the Tech team's ability to deliver is critical and is planned to double in size over the next two years.

Size isn't everything however, and as you'd expect in a business which has enjoyed relatively rapid success there is now a need to inject some structure and consistency to support the growth.

As the successful candidate you will create and deliver the strategic HR plans implementing a strong framework to drive a high-performance culture across the growing Tech team. You'll focus on organisation development, talent acquisition, people capability, career development and succession, performance management, talent mobility, employee engagement and organisational culture. Your brief will be wide reaching however and we're looking for creativity and innovation, to help the business stand out in the highly competitive NW Tech sector.

This is an entrepreneurial, positive and supportive business, looking for a commercial and strategic experienced HRBP with intellectual curiosity and a proven hands-on attitude and adaptable approach.
