EMEA Payroll Specialist
An absolute fantastic opportunity has arisen to work for an global business based in the Farnborough/Camberely area. EMEA payroll specialist you will be working in part of a team processing all day to day issues with EMEA based Payroll team members to process payroll for approximately 20 countries across the regions.

The main function of the role is to ensure that employees across EMEA are paid accurately and on time. The position is based within the EMEA HR Shared Services hub and the emphasis is to provide full payroll services to the EMEA region.
This is an excellent opportunity for the right individual to work with a friendly and dedicated team of payroll professionals in a large multinational organization.
WHAT WILL I BE DOING? (Responsibilities)
Co-ordinating and processing payroll for a number of countries within the EMEA region with he outsourced payroll provider (ADP)
Inputting, checking and reconciling the payroll information to achieve accurate, timely and compliant payments to employees, government agencies and third party providers (pensions, insurances etch) Resolve issues with the local payroll vendors as they arise
Answer payroll related queries from employees, local HR, Finance etc
Manage the ongoing relationships with stakeholders
Assist with project work as it arises
The ideal candidate must have experience of processing payrolls across multiple EMEA countries and the ability to multitask and work to tight deadlines in a professional and challenging environment. They will also be a personable, enthusiastic team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
