We're currently working with a globally renowned and respected financial services firm with offices in over 10 countries. They're looking for a Recruiter whom has experience managing relationships with very senior hiring managers in an extremely high-touch and fast paced environment.

The role of Recruiter will look after more than several business areas across both buy-side and sell. You would have had to have had some experience within financial services to be suitable for this position.

The client is open to backgrounds in RPO, and inhouse and if you have had agency experience prior to that it'd go down well.

The recruitment team here are 5 in total and they manage a high volume of vacancies (circa 20-30 at one time). Although look to hire directly as much as possible the most important factor of this role is the relationship management. Building a very strong understanding of your business areas and hiring needs and acting as a consultant to the business.

Further responsibilities would include:

Regularly meet with line managers to discuss new vacancies and outline best sourcing strategy

Proactively direct sourcing via networking, social media channels, referrals etc. and use of the firms PSL

Manage relationships with recruitment agencies on the PSL, including performance monitoring

Assist in writing job descriptions

Continue to develop innovative attraction methods

Screen CV's, arrange interviews and manage the offer process

Tracking, building up candidate pipelines, market mapping, and producing a variety of reports

Candidate suitable for this opportunity will:

Have proven recruitment experience within a multinational financial services firm

Have extensive experience managing relationships and engaging with stakeholders

Ideally have had some 'front office' recruitment experience

Be able to work at a very fast pace, with high volumes but also paired with keeping up an outstanding attention to detail and consultative approach
