The public sector organisation in Lincoln is looking to recruit a brand new role of Interim Resourcing Partner to work in the new Resourcing/Recruitment department
Your new role
As a Interim Resourcing Partner you will work in a new department where your role will be to "partner" with department Heads and Line Managers to understand their recruitment needs now and plan for the future, aswell as the challenges of recruiting specialist roles and how to resolve these. You will be responsible for the delivery of the resourcing plan for defined areas of the business.
You will also assist with defining roles and specifications, processes, timeframes and assisting in the smooth facilitation of the recruitment and onboarding process
What you'll need to succeed
The successful applicant will have a solid background in recruitment/resourcing processes and strategy and applicants from a generalist HR background with a Recruitment bias will be considered.
What you'll get in return
You will be offered a 6 month assignment initially - with the view to a permanent role for the right person.
A salary in line with your current skills, experience and qualification level - based on internal gradings, weekly pay with accrued holiday pay.
The standard hours are 37.5 a week - and some flexibility is available around hours - and also 4 days (30 hours) for the right person.
